Instructional strategies within the context of Quranic sciences hold paramount importance, as they constitute a methodological framework and provides a comprehensive analysis of the efficacy of strategies employed in Quranic education, utilizing both Bibliometric Analysis and Content Analysis. The research adheres to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, employing VOS viewer software for network visualization and mapping. and the study examines the scholarly output published over a decade (2014–2024), indexed in the Scopus database. Data underwent rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, followed by a manual critical appraisal. The findings reveal several pivotal insights: firstly, the temporal Trends A notable fluctuation in annual publication rates was observed, with a peak in scholarly productivity recorded in 2022. Second of publication venues and prolific contributors in the journals Al-Bayan and OPCION emerged as the leading platforms for publication, while researcher Yaroub A. was identified as the most prolific author in the field. and Institutional and Geographical Mapping in Malaysian Universities (specifically UM, UKM, and USIM) demonstrate institutional leadership in supporting this research trajectory. Geographically, Indonesia and Malaysia lead the global output and pedagogical patterns and research lacunae identified strategies vary between rote learning, the Tilawati method, and reinforcement strategies. However, the analysis reveals a heavy concentration on "recitation skills," contrasting with a significant deficit in research addressing "memorization" or "written literacy"—a cognitive gap that warrants urgent scholarly attention with enhancing educational environments to promote Islamic values and support the development of well-rounded Muslim students.
